1965 Corsa. 2.7 liter,  Port Injected, Single Throttle Body, Ported Heads, Fuel and Crank Triggered
, Distributor-less Ignition by SDS,  Individual Cylinder Knock Control by SafeGuard.

The engine is built for forced induction and the turbocharger and intercooler plumbing will be installed
after the engine is broken-in..

1965 Corsa. 2.7 liter,  140HP Turbo, 20 PSI Boost. Port Injected, Single Throttle Body, BOV, Waste Gate
Water/Alcohol Injection, Fully Ported Heads, Hydraulic Lifter Roller Cam, Fuel and Crank Triggered,
Distributor-less Ignition by SDS with SafeGuard Individual Cylinder Knock Control.  Of the engines run on the Dyno,
this engine holds the Top Dog honors in HP and Torque.

EFI Engine for UltraVan Coach.  Engine pictured, almost ready for Dyno testing.  3.1 liter, Custom Forged Pistons, Crank Triggered, Distributor-less Ignition System. Deep valve seats, Stainless Steel Valves, Intake and Exhaust Port Work to maximize low end torque.  Custom ground camshaft to match engine air flow as determined by flow bench testing.   Fuel and Ignition Control by SDS, with SafeGuard Individual Cylinder Knock Control.

Fabricated Fuel Rail in Stainless Steel Hard Line with AN Fittings.   Cross-Over Line in Braided Stainless Steel .

 

Engine Installed in UltraVan Coach.  Throttle body and intake crossover designed for low end torque and balanced throttle response when mated to the PG trans.
